What a long terrific daze it has been

Coming back to this platform is not an easy task -- seems to me it could very well be daunting to get back in the saddle again-- to let the words guild me to a new destination.  so loftily  they should flow yet the interruptions of life -- create stop gaps of undesirable lengths.  oh well here we are again.

I am fat and sassy. I would certainly prefer two (s's)skinny or at least slim and sassy but that ain't me babe. Life is grandiose, life is here-- this is all we get and we have to dare to risk it and dare to fix it.  What ever the desires are.. what ever the focus is.   You are the one -I am the one to act and implement the plan..

like Amy Cuddy tiny tweaks make giant changes. BTW power posing is for me!

To be wrapped up with the simple things is to be dying slowly and not realizing the waste.. the waste of it all.
Goal:To breath, to move to drink.. to dance with radiant sunbeams casting down-- to express -to listen-- and really hear.

I see this spring as a time to  grab the bull by the horns and wrassel  'em down until I have regained the control over myself...

We are the ones in the drivers seat yet we sometimes just cruise automatically until we get a flat-tire or some other inconvenience interrupting our nonchalant-ness.  Damn it pay attention. The road is full of obstacles, its bumpy and risky and smooth and all what in between.

  • Here we go->-->--->----> eat less sugar
  • eat less dairy stuff
  • eat fewer animals
  • kill all the vegetables and fruit and nuts and grains you can without harming the tree or bush it comes from
  • water is you
  • move  move and keep moving
  • move some more
Ideas from a sitting blogger, who is gong to take her fabulous dog for a nice long active walk
Big love welcome back M
