I am heading North to so Some wreak dives in the Poor Knights Islands, also I have to do a bungy jump and that sounds like the scariest thing ever. A couple days ago / I went sledging down the Kaituna River and then rafted a 7 Meter waterfall.. WOW>. that was fun.. til later m

16 kilometers of gusting winds and Gail force carried me, punched me and nearly wreaked me today as I climbed and climbed with a numb face and snot dripping out.. BUT I still had a smile on my face.. what a beautiful and gruelling hike This crossing is one of the most scenic and sought Tramps in NZ... glad I made it and Only have mild soar bones as well only whiplash and wind burn..... sounds great.. wonder what will happen next. After a long tiresome drive to Napier From Wellington I stayed at a less than helpful backpackers that read in the book like the gem of all hospitality .. WRONG... anyway I still had fun In this charming Art deco city .. a round of mini golf superfine then the spa and some much needed soaking and sauna work... good coffee and headed for taupo.... more to come.
