Melt with Me

Yep I am at it again. I am having my second fast of the year, THE Master Cleanse again, this time a bit longer than the first and I have a lovely companion to be with me through this interesting time of no eating. Basically it is simple, and I am not craving food and I am not even hungry .. But having another person by my side is better for the sack of togetherness. ANY I am presently at a lovely accommodation right on the Tasman Sea and I swim every day and Have a beautiful apartment room very very Private with self catering ability but I am not using it .
