Melt with Me

I have lived in Belgium for just over one year now and feel pretty good with the way the cookie crumpled. I am delighted to have work, a residence card and a few certificates of accomplishment for learning more than a year of the Dutch language and also for learning about the system that governs Belgium. I am happy here and think it a positive place to live work and make a life. YES there are still many challenges infront of me but, considering how much I have learned, I say bring them so that I can continue to learn and adapt, after all that is the goal of my geographical point of view. It's Been a while But only for the writing output, not the drama and excitement that flows in and around my simple life. I have moved back to the pearl of the pajjotland. GOOIK There are fabulous mountain biking trails and places to walk, as one of the elders here says that walking is the ONLY thing to do in GOOIK. Pretty funny but quite possibly true. I have a lot of work like normal but like normal I am finding other things to do instead. totally typical me anywhoo just a quick note to get back on the writing track. tot ziens M
