I went to Lao for a beautiful nice dry week, I really lucked out about the weather. I am happy to say hedonistically that I recieved 5 body treatments 2 maincures and a pedicure during the week I was in Vientiane, wow.. I love ME. HAHA ok critiques take it easy. anyway, I went to a lovely buddha garden 27Km out of Vientaine absolute must see especially becuase the sights are fairly limited in the cute little city, I also recommened wat sikaset, Yes there are over 100,000 Buddhas, it is a lovely wat in the city limits, Give it a try . oh for the spas go'ers Champa Spa, what a great time and super people and very nice products and souvieners too. any way heading to maehonsong tomorrow, today I brought the Rain from Lao,, the flight I was on from Luang prabang was excitingly bumpy as we hit billions of raindrops and got a carnival ride, any whooo.. On the ground and I have always said landing is my hardest part.. Peace out be happy and enjoy your lives

I'm not on this comput-eee too often but was catching up with you today. You are still on a great life trip. I was on a short, but great trip too, last month. Was in JAMACA MON!!! Ryan & Marcie got married at sunset, on the beach May 9th. What can I say but...BEAUTIFUL!! The weather was great, the water was a bath, the people wonderful, and... I went on the Zip Line over the jungle!?! Our group had a photographer, which of course reminded me of your sky dive. It was so coool!!
Everthing else here is status quo. I miss you & love you lots! Chris
