That's OK.. because I can now reverse or eliminate some of the bodily abuse i have sent my self through.. This is how. The Master Cleanse, Even though I will not make it 10 days this time, I am giving it a good show.. surprisingly I am not hungry but I a learning about the psychological set backs of eating .. One of those are called cravings..
having been traveling now some time and enjoying many different food styles and choices as well as learning about eating to live rather than livling to eat from my buddist teachings.. here i am thinking about FOOD>. yummy savory, sweet, crispy, textural goodness. fried tofu and the whole nine yards.. well.. here is were i am with this process.. The Cleansing part of the Human body is what I am figuring out is like the old oil change in the horrible gas guzzling autos that we love to drive.. that we must do regularly/
and holy toledo 100bucks a barrel shit dude// any way .. We try to regularly maintain the things we use. but we forget about the inside of us..
hey i love massage and Spa treatment.. So I love to take care of the epidermal part of me.. but i have never invested any energy in clearing out the gunk to get a good fresh healthy start.. inside.. Any whoo.. this is what is happening now..
I am remembering about the love of food and the ability to deal without it and not want to crave it and not be hungry. this is the important first step to cleansing oneself effectively without the urges and the indulgent ways after one gets off the cleanse.. I used a technique in india and then Again in thailand where I was taught about letting go of the taste of food and just eating as if it were simply nurishment not something i love or desire. A buddha in thailand talked me through non verbal communication the benefits of not eating for taste. next is to make sure one is properly gleaning effective cleansing techniques so that the body works on the flush and lets go off the old absorption ways.
The protocol is this Cayenne pepper Get those BTU's Firing inside you. 1/4 teaspoon or hotter if you like. 2TBL Fresh Organic lemon juice. 2TBL Grade B maple Syrup Or molasses ( which is currently what i am using). Mix it together water ( luke Warm) in side a Nalgene or something like that which gives you a total between 900 ml and 1000ml/. or the near approximate of 32 oz. shake it up baby and then drink... drink it when you want, drink it and think about the positive benefits of doing so.. one might drink a couple of these to get them through so far I have managed to drink less than two full 900ml per day.. ALSO consume plenty of water as normal or more than normal... HEY YOU DRINK MORE WATER>>> if you get nothing else from this Blog.. DRINK MORE FRESH CLEAN WATER> LOVE YOU
then there is this ridiculous flush in the morning .. before one drinks any water.. put 2Teaspoons Rock salt sea salt or some good salt type into the nalgene and Fill it up with water give it a good shake and then Pound it down.. GuZZle is all the way .. This is supposed to be as close to the salinity of your blood and body which means that is doesn't absorb yet transports straight through you ... you know when you go to the LOO.. Basically Water And well you can figure the rest out .. we are adults now and everyone poos
