wat bedoel je. Fit in your head, ok then . Since I have returned from Poland I havent wanted to blog until now. The good newsz is that I havent got to much to say but here it is anyway. I started my summer Dutch classes and BOY OH BOY Are thye a kick in the ass? I mean Hard as hell but also I will learn a lot, or less than a lot, but at any rate I WILL LEARN.
PLus the best news is I started, as promised, my fitness routine and I am stiff and sore and in a bit of emotional and physical pain for the stark realization of what I have become over the last 1.5 years. Being a stagnate over eating, tightly wound chic that lost control of what wasnt really controlable but yet in the hands of only myself. MY WEIGHT. DUDE I was actually bigger in the past but This is more than enough. Anyway 4 super lessons in fat burning and vermageren and bewijgeren I love sweating my balls off. It is a perfect escape from the intense schooling and Hopefully I will start seeing the results not just feeling them.
